20 years later with 24 Albums and thousands of live performances under their belt, The New Mastersounds are universally recognised as true masters of the funk and soul genre and have shared the stage and the recording studio with almost every star in the music universe.

After playing on every continent, the band is looking forward to their first show in Israel and have already planned some collaborations with Some of the best Israeli musicians so this will be a performance not to be missed.

Opening act: The Hoodna Orchestra

The Hoodna Orchestra is a 10-member (or a 10 piece) orchestra that explores the dark and edgy corners of funk and groove. The Orchestra was formed in 2012, in the south side of Tel Aviv, by a group of musicians, and it functions as a collective and a record label.  The cultural and musical environment that surrounds the group has a great effect on its creative process.  Exposure to Ethiopian, Eritrean and Arabic musical traditions, coupled with an ongoing study and exploration of different jazz styles, creates a unique blend which has made The Hoodna Orchestra one of the most appreciated and sought-after live shows in Israel.
