The International Music Showcase Festival is celebrating 10 years of exporting and promoting some of the finest Israeli music to the world. Music showcase festivals take place all over the globe, aimed at sharing local music with top representatives from the global music industry. Israel’s musical showcase is produced by the Yellow Submarine and is thought to be one of the finest in the world. With a distinguished musical scene and an enchanting mediterranean atmosphere, everyone wants a piece of us.

We are off to the opening night with 5 performances:

Acollective
A musical group and self-proclaimed movement from Tel-Aviv. One of Israel’s biggest independent success stories, they invoke a rare balance between catharsis and sorrow – a fitting demonstration of what it is like to live in Israel – meandering across trippy folk, psychedelic electronica, progressive pop and Middle Eastern-blues. 

Gunned down horses
With a performance that catches you off guard, Kamikaze approach and cinematic induced spirits, Gunned Down Horses takes you through nostalgic chansons and dark Horse Operas. Their distinct, full of imagination sound and “all-in” agenda led them to support Deep Purple in Russia 2018. A highly acclaimed, ever-surprising act.

Forestt
An Israel based band, which combines folk music, psychedelic rock and ethnic shamanic music into an enchanting and hypnotic musical trip that goes through the entire human experience. Their performance fosters connection, excitement, magic, joy and a healthy dose of wildness, weaving words into stories and unexpected characters.

Liquid Saloon
Liquid Saloon is a band formed by three members based in Tel-Aviv, Israel: Amir Bresler on drums (Avishai Cohen, Kutiman Orchestra), Sefi Zisling on trumpet
(Funk’n’stein, The Ramirez Brothers) and Nomok on keyboards (A-WA, Gili Yalo). Combining elements of African High Life music and Jazz, the band completed their self-titled debut album, to be released digitally and on vinyl at Raw Tapes label.

Lucille Crew
Lucille Crew is a Tel Aviv based groove collective, lead by producer Izzy (Isgav Dotan) and Drummer Yossi Adi.
The crew is fusing elements of Hip Hop, Funk, Soul and all together everything that’s good.
