The street band Las Piratas Piratas is a Jerusalem-based music collective, and has been playing together since 2013. The Bend, with its 20 roughly regular members, is offering adaptations to Jazz classics, New Orleans and Blues music, as well as original music of their very own.

The band has performed in a variety of music festivals all around Israel (Eilat jazz festival, Jerusalem jazz festival, YAAROT MENASHE, MEKUDESHET and so on), performed side by side with artists such as Shaanan Street, Eco, Gal De-Paz, and many more. 

Las Piratas’s music is exciting, energetic, and makes everyone get up and dance. We bring happiness to the street and are able to perform in many different forms, locations and unusual places. The band can also function as a marching band, street show or stage show.

 As part of the tradition of brass bands, Las Piratas Piratas also perform regularly at schools, social organizations, Cooperatives, and support marches. The band inspires to make change with their music.
